Bryce Underwood flips to Michigan

 The number one player in the nation Bryce Underwood has officially flipped his commitment from LSU to Michigan, and the news has caused a surge in Wolverine recruiting. It was rumored that Michigan was willing to pay Underwood $10.5 million in NIL to commit before signing day, and whether or not the evaluated number matches what was actually offered, there is no doubt that NIL played a factor in Underwood's flip.  Michigan's biggest NIL collective, Champions Circle, released a statement thanking the many boosters involved with fundraising for Underwood's recruitment, notably mentioning billionaire and fourth richest man in the world, Larry Ellison.  Immediately following Underwood's commitment to the Wolverines, Michigan began receiving crystal balls for other highly touted targets in the 2025 cycle. The College Football week 13 rankings are a mess

 The College Football top 25 rankings for week 13 of the 2024 season have been revealed and there are a lot of problems. The rankings are listed below. What's the deal with the SEC? No surprise, the committee has once again allowed undeserving SEC teams to find homes in the back of the top 25 rankings with Missouri being the obvious standout.  Missouri sits at 7-3 on the season and was placed at 23 in this weeks rankings despite losing to every ranked team on their schedule and failing to stomp on the lesser in-conference opponents. Missouri sticking around in the polls serves one clear purpose and that is to bolster Alabama's otherwise ugly looking schedule. Alabama's season has been suspect to say the least, with the first year under DeBoer a noticeable step back from the years of Saban. Sure, Alabama did just enough to hold off an uninspired looking Georgia offense and scraped by a South Carolina team that is still putting together the pieces of having such a young team,...

Central Michigan football beats rival at home in thriller

 For the first time since 2010 the Central Michigan football team were able to hold off the rivaling Western Michigan Broncos on route to a 16-14 win on Tuesday, Nov. 19. The Chippewas entered the contest at 3-7 on the season with Western sitting at 5-5 on the year with a 4-2 Mid-American Conference record. The spread at kick off was -6.5 in favor of the Broncos after a five game loss streak snuffed out Central Michigan's hopes of a bowl game bid. For the first time in many weeks CMU's defense looked prepared, having easily their best game of the season as a unit. Western Michigan entered the game with the second ranked rushing offense in the MAC, but were utterly dominated at the line of scrimmage. The Broncos were held to only 50 yards on the ground, their lowest since their week two contest with Ohio State, and second lowest of the season.  While the WMU offense struggled to find rhythm rushing the ball, the defense was failing to stop the rush as CMU's running back room...
